If Union Dub, then Freeman would be included in this, since he voiced Van Argiano in Blood+, and Van Argiano does have a soft voice. I wouldn't be happy with very many replacements (nor would I be surprised), but if they did, then one of the few people who I would accept to voice Grimmjow is Crispin Freeman.
